For 15 years, Niels has been working as consultant, supply chain manager and S&OP manager across a variety of industries. He has implemented demand, supply, production planning and S&OP processes and enabling systems for several multi-national companies in a dozen of countries. Niels holds a MSc. in Operations Management from Amsterdam University, The Netherlands and currently holds a position as Integrated Business Planning manager in Australia.
On personal title, Niels writes a blog on supply chain topics with a focus on S&OP and leadership.
